Welcome to LoyalCard. By downloading, accessing, or using the LoyalCard mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the App.

1. About LoyalCard

LoyalCard is a digital wallet designed to help users securely store and conveniently access their loyalty cards in one place. LoyalCard does not issue loyalty cards and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the businesses whose loyalty cards are stored within the App unless explicitly stated.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your login credentials secure.
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Your Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

  • Only upload loyalty cards that belong to you or that you are authorized to use.
  • Not use the App for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
  • Not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the App.
  • Not upload malicious content or attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

4. Loyalty Card Information

LoyalCard stores information that you choose to upload.

We do not:

  • Verify the validity of loyalty cards.
  • Guarantee that a retailer will accept a stored digital version.
  • Accept responsibility for lost points, rewards, discounts, or benefits resulting from the use of the App.

Users remain responsible for complying with the terms of each individual loyalty program.

5. Data Storage

Your account information and stored loyalty card data may be securely stored using third-party cloud infrastructure.

While we implement reasonable security measures, no electronic storage or transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Privacy

Your use of LoyalCard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the App available and functioning properly but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Update the App.
  • Modify features.
  • Suspend services.
  • Remove functionality.
  • Perform maintenance without prior notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, logos, software, graphics, and content relating to LoyalCard are the property of LoyalCard or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App except where permitted by applicable law.

Third-party trademarks and loyalty program names remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LoyalCard and its owners shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of loyalty points.
  • Loss of rewards or discounts.
  • Data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Business interruption.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Misuse the App.
  • Create security risks for other users or our services.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LoyalCard operates, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
